The Project Manager will be responsible for following up with all project teams, including subcontractors, for the Design Build efforts for Automation / MHE systems while working on multiple projects at once. This role will track the progress of each project and ensure everything is still on track. He / she will also develop project schedules and tracking / updating for each and will act as the point of contact with the client(s) and pass information back and forth. The role will also include administrative paperwork, all financials, and the tracking of budgets for each project.

What you will do :

  • Act as main point of contact between the client and subcontractors as they drive the project forward
  • Develop and manage the project plan schedule while monitoring projects daily to track progress against the work plan schedule
  • Track progress of each project and ensure all dynamics are still on schedule
  • Identify any risks and communicate these to internal and external teams
  • Continuous follow-up on any issues throughout the project implementation
  • Monitor and maintain the financial performance of each project
  • Mentor Project Engineers to facilitate internal growth for enVista Associates
  • Responsible for all administrative and financial portions of each project, including budget tracking

What you will bring :

  • BS in Engineering or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant and progressive experience within the Automation / MHE field
  • 1-2 years of Project Management experience with Automation / MHE
  • AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Must be process driven and detail-oriented
  • Candidates may live anywhere in the United States. The ability to travel 40%-50% is required.
