Machine Learning Security Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a key player in enhancing our AI security measures. This role focuses on adversarial testing, threat monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the resilience and security of our AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in adversarial testing of GenAI systems
• Background in cybersecurity red-team penetration testing with strong Python scripting capabilities
• Knowledge of ML / GenAI fundamentals, including LLMs, embeddings, and adversarial ML techniques
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or MITRE ATLAS
• Experience with AIMLOps platforms and integration frameworks in an enterprise setting
