ABOUT THE POSITION :

A well-established dental practice in southwestern Vermont is seeking a full-time general dentist to take over for a departing provider who is relocating for family reasons. The outgoing dentist has consistently produced over $1 million annually, and the opportunity exists for the incoming provider to earn $400K or more with a steady patient base and strong demand.

You will join a supportive and experienced team, including :

1 other full-time dentist

6 operatories

3 dental assistants

2 hygienists

1 front office coordinator

The practice sees a good mix of patients, with approximately 90% being adults, and is averaging new patients per month. There is ample room to pursue areas of clinical interest, including endodontics, oral surgery, or prosthodontics.
