We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our administrative and operations teams by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain data integrity and follow quality assurance guidelines
Prepare and organize digital documents for reporting and recordkeeping
Communicate with team members to clarify and resolve data-related issues
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administration, or office support (1+ year preferred)
Strong computer literacy proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
