job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInstall residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure proper installation Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless project execution Ensure each job site is clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after installation Educate customers on the systems being installed and answer any questions during walkthroughs Follow all local and state plumbing codes and ensure proper permitting and documentation Take detailed job notes and assist with accurate invoicing and closeout procedures Participate in team meetings and company-provided training sessions 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred Must hold or be eligible for a Journeyman Plumber License Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ( Class E license required within 30 days of hire ) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working) No overnight travel required

Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the St. Louis Metro area. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations. This position is customer-facing and installation-focused—no new construction or commercial work.
