Key Responsibilities
Utilize metrics and analytics to support business decisions and coach senior leaders on HR strategies
Oversee global employee relations cases and ensure compliance with regulations
Advise on organization design and act as a change agent for key initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 7 years of HR generalist / business partnering experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, preferably in technology
Knowledge of HR service processes and applicable employment laws and regulations
Proven business acumen with strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity
Ability to influence various levels of the organization and work independently
