A / R Clerk

West Knoxville - Karns Area

• Maintaining precise records of all incoming payments
• Preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Contacting clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconciling any irregularities in receipts
• Working collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
• Auditing all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
• Tracking customer payments
• Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Following up with customers and collecting outstanding payments
• Bank reconcillation
• Proven success in comparable position
