We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. This is an onsite job. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in managing and processing various types of data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in its organization and delivery. If you have strong expertise in Excel and a background in data handling, finance, or bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply. Expertise in third party administration of 401(k) plans is a huge plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize and manage payroll, loan, and 401(k) distribution data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean, manipulate, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Import and export data between internal systems and third-party platforms, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to gather and process client data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Log, track, and maintain communication records to ensure data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle court-related data, including withholdings for support, and integrate it into relevant systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely data reports to support retirement plan coordinators and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive client and organizational data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in data handling, bookkeeping, banking, or a related financial field.
  • Strong ability to import, export, and process data across various systems and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with handling sensitive data in compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • A bonus if you have formal education in a related field, though relevant experience is prioritized.
