IT Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an Information Technology Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Order and implement various telecommunications technologies and manage multiple installation projects

Consult with branch resources to define needs and facilitate the installation of voice / data services

Ensure timely documentation and tracking of work-order activities and coordinate with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

At least 3+ years of experience in voice telecommunications

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems

Familiarity with project management systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner) preferred
