• The Registered Nurse is responsible for and accountable for practicing Professional Nursing, including patient care and management of staff assigned to the RN.\n
• May serve as Charge Nurse, ensuring accountability for all professional nursing practices.\n
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to guarantee compliance and ensure patient safety.\n\nQualifications\n\nJob Requirements : \n
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.\n
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (required within 90 days of hire).\n
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role prior to providing direct patient care.\n
• Department may also require ACLS and / or PALS.\n\nPreferred Job Requirements : \n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.\n
• 2 years of experience in a specialty area.\n
• 2 years of general nursing experience.
