A Brief Overview

The Retail Support Manager leads retail efforts and acts as a liaison throughout the organization by partnering effectively with other departments of the Bank. Responsible for communicating organizational change and aligning all efforts at each branch with the vision and strategic direction of Heartland Bank and Trust.

• Partner with teams to cultivate relationships with key customers and prospects within the community.
• Attracts, retains, and supports the career development of retail team members.
• Assess and respond to the unique needs of Retail team members and branch offices.
• Observe and coach region performance to achieve sales success and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive environment where team members are motivated to achieve personal success.
