Thompson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reconditioning Technician to join our highly skilled team. This individual will be responsible for washing, buffing, vacuuming and shampooing vehicles.

Responsibilities :

Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors

Polish, cut and wax vehicle exteriors

Perform minor repairs, such as buffing out scratches

Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to management

Maintain a fast, clean and organized workspace

Qualifications :

Experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
