As a Shift Manager, you’ll support the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and help create a positive and productive environment. You'll coach team members, ensure food safety, and drive service excellence on your shift.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support team members during your shift
- Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of service and quality
- Handle shift-related paperwork, cash handling, and deposits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Train and coach team members
- Monitor shift performance and communicate with leadership
