Position Summary As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), you’ll deliver individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, including immediate post–open heart surgery recovery. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and apply your advanced clinical knowledge to drive high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include : Monitoring and managing patients with cardiac, neuro, ventilator, and hemodynamic support Leading care for post-CABG, valve replacements, and open-heart recovery Developing care plans using evidence-based practices Delegating and supervising care within the healthcare team Participating in hourly rounding and promoting a safe, patient-centered environment Taking on charge nurse duties as needed Why Abrazo Arrowhead?
