• $9k Sign on bonus offered for position (for new hires)\n\nSchedule : 2 (12) hour shifts and 1 ( ) hour shift per pay period- (0.6 FTE, 64 hours per pay period- Evening Shift) 12 hour shift is 11 : 00am to 11 : 00pm Monday - Friday, varied days based on surgery schedule. Some call required : Weekend and holiday in-house shifts are included in work requirements and selected through yearly sign-up schedule. Call response time is 30 minutes.\n\nThe Boise OR has 4 Specialty Service Line Teams : \n\nGeneral / Pediatric (Trauma); St. Luke's is the pediatric trauma center for the state of Idaho\n\nRobotics / Oscopy : Three robots making St. Luke's one of the largest robotic programs in the Northwest\n\nOrthopedics : Specializing in robotic joint surgery, pediatric orthopedic procedures, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma\n\nNeurology : Neurosurgery with BrainLab and Stealth technologies, craniotomies, subdural hematomas, aneurysms, and fusions of the cervical and lumbar spine\n\nUnit Summary\n\nThe Boise Operating room serves all specialties outside CVOR and L&D. We are the largest OR in the system and support the highest acuity patient population in Pediatric Trauma, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, OMF, Plastics, Urology, Bariatrics and General surgery. We have a fast-paced environment that encourages teamwork and fosters ongoing growth. Our facility is co-located with both the regions Children's Hospital and the Cancer Institute.\n\nJob Description Qualifications : \n
• Education : Nursing Degree (ADN, Diploma or BSN)\n
• Experience : 1+ years RN experience in the operating room is required.\n
