Description

Location : Framingham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm (can be flexible if needed)

Pay rate : $39.66-$50.25 / hour

The Program Director is responsible for :

Clinically, financially, environmentally, and operationally for the site assigned.

Ensuring that the outpatient treatment services are delivered in a manner that promotes customer service and excellence in service delivery.

Utilization of services and market potential are maximized.

Working closely with all members of the team to ensure effective, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health or other related field required.

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and / or experience in a similar management position preferred.

Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.

Minimum of three years' experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
