Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : RT-NC(Copy needed)

Certifications : RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care; BLS-AHA

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
