OB / GYN Physician

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Starting Salary : $450,000
  • Sign-On Bonus : $50,000
  • Student Loan Repayment : $200,000
  • Monthly Training Stipend : $3,000 / month
  • PTO : 4 weeks vacation, 11 paid holidays
  • Health / Dental / Vision - Fully covered premiums and at no cost to the physician, spouse (if not covered through their employer), and dependents; HSA with annual employer contribution
  • Pension Plan : Annual employer contribution up to the IRS limit
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan : 3% employer match contribution
  • CME Allowance : $3,000 annually plus an additional $1,500 per year for membership dues, license renewals, and subscriptions

  • Degree : MD or DO
  • Certifications : BE / BC ABOG
  • Licensure : Must have or be eligible to obtain a medical license in Indiana
  • Experience : New grads and experienced OBGYNs are equally welcome
  • Sponsorship : Not eligible for visa sponsorship
