Job Title : Medical Assistant

Location : North Palm Beach, FL 33408

Type : Contract

Shift : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $24 per hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Medical Assistant for an exciting job in North Palm Beach, FL.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Certification / Registration : Must be a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant (state applicable).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a similar position.
  • EMR : Experience required, with preference for eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Phlebotomy : Must provide details of average monthly blood draws over the last 12 months and date of most recent draw.
  • Vitals : Proficiency level (1-5 scale) required.
  • Clinical Skills :

Point of Care Testing (POCT)

  • EKG administration
  • Drug screen testing
  • Certification : Current BLS / CPR required (must be maintained throughout the contract).

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic testing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Record patient vitals and document findings in EMR.
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and clinical protocols.
  • Provide compassionate patient care and maintain professional communication.
