Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site policies.Support emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations.Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
