Job Title : Analyst, Third-Party Risk & Vendor Management

Summary :
The Analyst, Analyst, Third Party Risk & Vendor Management is responsible for supporting the assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks associated with our third-party relationships. They support senior staff in overseeing the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, contract management, performance monitoring, and other related vendor management functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Maintain and manage the inventory of third-party vendors, engagements, and contracts, ensuring compliance with the bank's risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct third party risk assessments of new and existing third parties, evaluating and identifying potential risk factors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure due diligence questionnaires are reviewed in a timely manner.
- Identify, monitor, and track third party risk indicators, including incidents and issues requiring remediation, while assessing ongoing risk exposure and potential impacts.
- Manage third party's lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with third parties including internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on risk management objectives.
- Review and analyze third party contracts to identify potential risks, liabilities, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure third parties adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide regular management reporting and status updates on Third-Party / Vendor Management programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks related to third party risk management and vendor management.
- Support the training of internal stakeholders on third party risk management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the third-party risk management and vendor management functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field.Required Knowledge / Skills :
2 years' experience in Third Party Risk Management1 years' experience in Vendor Management with an understanding of contractsExperience with third-party risk management tools uses to conduct TPRM due diligence assessments (preferably Archer)Understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements and best practices related to third party risk management and vendor management.Understanding of contract lifecycle management.Desired Experiences :
Prefer experience in financial servicesPrefer one or more relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM), Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), Certified Third Party Risk Assessor (CTPRA)Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other PC desktop applications.Talents :
