Otolaryngology Physician

Coverage Needed : Estimated need up to 3 weeks per month Schedule : 24 Hour Call Coverage, 7am-7am Specific Dates : November 17-December 1 December 1-5, 6-14, 22-29 January 4-9, 10-12 Clinical Information : General, Trauma ENT, Fracture Call Coverage Daily patient volume : 15 Average 1 trauma ENT need a week, but 3-5 calls for ENT Provider will only need assistance form nursing and staff, etc when a consult or surgery comes in during the time EMR : Meditech Call can be taken from home (if local) or hotel Physician will not be in-house, but the ENT may have to occasionally come in to the hospital if required Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified
