At Sterling Technology Bioactive Solutions, a division of Glanbia DairyNutrition, our portfolio centers on dairy nutritional ingredients. We co-innovate and deliver bioactive ingredient solutions for the mainstream food and beverage, infant and clinical, as well as functional nutrition markets. We are the number one Colostrum based nutritional ingredients globally and our protein systems have just begun to majorly transform the bioactive nutrition market. Glanbia itself has a direct presence in 21 countries, with manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China, and international sales and technical offices around the world. Directs and coordinates activities of Colostrum production areas in processing raw materials and manufacturing customer specific products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
• Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
• Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettle grievances to the Senior Production Manager or Plant Manager for action.
• Fill in on floor if needed to ensure production timelines and KPI's are achieved.
• Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholds the culture of Southwest Cheese non-negotiables.
• Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his / her own actions and conduct.
• Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates. (Food Safety Modernization Act- FSMA, Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance
