    • Qualifications

  • 1+ year in multi-family property management (leadership a plus)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Entrata or similar software a plus

    • Responsibilities

  • Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
  • Assist with resident relations and customer service
  • Help oversee collections, reporting, and financial tracking
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training staff
  • Ensure professional communication and correspondence
  • Process purchase orders and invoices as needed
