Role Overview

Will be performing preventative maintenance on motors, pumps, compressors and miscellaneous needs within the shop.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, motor controls, pumps and compressors.
  • Will assist with electrical work
  • 20K pumps preventative maintenance
  • Adheres to all established safety and environmental policies and standards to include identification, use, and proper procedures for handling or disposal of hazardous wastes
  • Clean, organize and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Read and comprehend measurements, and job sheets
  • Worked in an industrial setting
  • Experience in general maintenance, good mechanical aptitude, able to work on multiple tasks and the ability to follow direction is required
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Industrial and Commercial work experience is a plus
  • Exposure to various skilled trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, etc.)
  • High school diploma or GED
