job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWelcome clients, discover needs, present solutions, close high-ticket sales Build quotes, take payments, enter & track orders in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Proactively follow up on quotes, production, shipping, delivery (24h SLA) Keep the showroom immaculate; stage product; print / apply price tags Coordinate deliveries; resolve issues quickly; hit targets 1+ year sales (luxury / furniture / high -ticket preferred) Confident communication & etiquette; organized, detail-oriented CRM / POS fluency; basic Excel / Google Sheets Ability to stand long periods & occasionally move items with assistance Both Saturday & Sunday every week (two weekdays off, rotating) Design sense; fabric / finish familiarity OTE : $70k$110k+ / yr (top performers exceed) Elevated business-casual (dark neutrals, clean shoes)
