Great Lakes Energy is looking for a Truestream solutions representative to support and coordinate fiber service transactions between customers and Truestream technicians.

A Day in The Life of a Truestream Solutions Representative

Truestream solutions representative duties at GLE are all about variety. You spend a fair amount of your day on the phone assisting members and coordinating construction, service sales, installation, billing, provisioning, and integration efforts. You act as a "traffic director" of sorts, coordinating between customer needs and technician scheduling. You create, adjust and process work orders, service orders, and forms. You coordinate and schedule appointments for the technicians and take care of the paperwork to get the job done.

Who You Are

You're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is second nature to you. You like variety in your day and feel accomplished after a hard day's work. You're familiar with a variety of computer programs and you find it easy to communicate with others without face-to-face contact. Teamwork is important to you, and you enjoy scheduling and coordination. Your high school education and customer service experience is considered relatable from many different industries. We would love to see broadband or utility coordination, but any customer service experience may be considered for this entry-level role.
