Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the credentialing process for family caregivers and improve service activation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Contact incoming families to initiate the credentialing process and verify eligibility

Manage documentation retrieval from caregivers and referral sources to activate families into programs

Foster relationships with referral agencies and PCP offices to enhance communication and referrals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in healthcare

Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment

Proficient in MS Office and able to work across multiple systems

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment

Bilingual skills are a plus
