Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members in each class.
• Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
• Continuously monitor the exercise / movement intensity throughout the duration of the class.
• Report to class a minimum of 15 minutes before class to ensure the room is clean and set up properly.
• Begin and end each class on time.
• Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum
• Communicate with the Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.
• Ensure the equipment is put away, sanitized and properly stored.
