If selected, new hire must pass stretch zone certification training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. This position is a great opportunity for recent ES / Kinesiology graduates looking for hands on experience with 1 on 1 clients with helping regain mobility, enhance flexibility and improve overall lifestyles of so many types of individuals. Responsibilities and requirements of an assistant general manager :

• Highly motivated individual with customer service and sales background - Must be a lead by example professional
• Exercise science / kinesiology degree / background - PT interest - Strong anatomy background
• Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a membership option best suitable to their goals / background.
• Assists with client sessions when needed while managing studios daily operations / expectations with hopes to grow within the company.
• Supports the work of the general manager & regional manager and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
• KPI & studio goals to achieve
• Serves the stretch zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
