We are pursuing an experienced working Maintenance Technician to work within a service team and provide all levels of residential maintenance for a class A property.

The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, is willing to earn HVAC and CPO certifications, and possesses strong maintenance skills.

Summary of Role :

• The Maintenance Technician provides ongoing facility maintenance and repairs for NewCastle properties.
• This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, fixing machinery, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work to ensure safety standards.
