Oversee internal audit processes ensuring rigorous compliance with industry standards like ISO and NADCAP. Implement process enhancements via strategic continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate APQP, leveraging data and visuals to elevate quality standards. Ensure seamless new product transfers by working alongside Program Managers and engineers. Provide mentorship to quality teams, ensuring robust QMS adherence. Streamline customer interactions for quality requirements management. Offer guidance on inspection activities, ensuring protocol excellence. Draft and review detailed customer engineering part drawings into QMS outlines. Loyalty to core principles : Customer centricity, proactive action, teamwork, and respectfulness. Engineering or technical education paired with extensive experience in quality assurance. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is favorable. Lead with initiative and clarity in decision-making processes. Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in quality management. Thorough comprehension of QMS principles and the ability to analyze data and spot improvements. Preparedness for 20% travel with valid driver's license. Proficient in GD&T, APQP, ISO certifications, manufacturing and molding expertise. Experience with the PPAP process and root cause analysis. Competency in reading blueprints accurately. Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Calipers & Micrometers
