$ 39,519.96 / Annual – Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

The Ancillary Service Supervisor / Manager position works as a staff member of the Ancillary team. Primarily responsible for providing quality customer and employee services regarding food. Ensures that healthy and tasty food is prepared in accordance with all Federal, State and local agencies, Tribal agencies (where applicable) and the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program requirements. Maintains the entire dining and preparation areas of the food service facility are maintained in a sanitary condition that meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by Federal, State, local and Tribal (where applicable) regulations

Five years scratch cooking experience and two years’ experience supervising five or more employees.

ServSafe Manager Certification is required within sixty days of start of employment.
