As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Industrial and / or General Contracting. Our ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver work professionally.

Responsibilities :

  • Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
  • Survey and quantify materials / assemblies from drawings
  • Proficient in takeoff and estimating software
  • Organize quantity takeoffs
  • Capable of structural / civil estimates at DD / CD level
  • Contact and follow up with subcontractors for pricing input
  • Able to present estimates effectively
  • Possess technical specs knowledge
  • Meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on major estimating efforts
  • Develop comprehensive estimate reports and provide clarifications

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in budgeting and estimating of industrial manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in construction pricing
  • Familiarity with conceptual estimating
  • Proficiency in civil / structural / interior estimating
