As we scale, we are looking for a Growth Creative Lead to own and elevate our creative strategy across performance marketing channels.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Position Description

We’re looking for a performance-minded creative with a strong point of view on what works - and why - across platforms like Meta and TikTok. As Growth Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for producing high-performing content and driving the structure of our performance content engine - ensuring our creative strategy, systems, and outputs all work in sync to fuel growth.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone ready to take the lead on a brand’s performance creative - from ideation and testing to scaling and systemizing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social and performance content.
  • Drive the structure of the performance content engine - briefing, production, testing, and optimization - ensuring alignment across teams and channels.
  • Write thoughtful, actionable briefs for UGC, video, static, and motion assets that reflect Brick’s voice and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and external creators to deliver high-quality, effective content.
  • Use campaign performance data to identify insights and iterate on creative direction.
  • Build scalable systems for asset management, feedback, and creative review.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, testing strategies, and content best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or media execution.
  • Proven success translating brand strategy and audience insights into performance creative.
  • Strong experience managing content development from brief to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing external production or UGC partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder mindset - focused on creative systems as well as outcomes.
  • Passion for digital wellness and alignment with Brick’s mission to help people reclaim focus and do more of what matters.
