Product Designer
Location : Cleveland (Onsite – 4 days in office)

Your Impact We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Designer to help shape the future of government technology. In this role, you’ll work closely with state agencies and service providers to understand users and relentlessly improve their experience. You’ll lead with curiosity—conducting user research, mapping journeys, and designing intuitive flows that support measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do Lead user research efforts to uncover pain points and opportunities – getting scrappy when traditional access is limited
Map user journeys and service blueprints to visualize current vs. ideal experiences
Design intuitive, accessible UI flows that align with key user and business outcomes
Work closely with PMs and engineers to test, validate, and refine ideas through rapid iteration
Identify patterns in user behavior and translate insights into continuous UX improvements
Support the team’s growth into a more data-informed and outcome-driven design organization
Embrace change and help the team shift priorities when new information or business needs arise

Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in product or UX design, with a focus on research and iterative improvement
Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, iterative problem-solving, and clean UI / UX design
Expertise in journey mapping, user flows, and experience audits
Ability to balance short-term UX wins with long-term design vision
Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain design decisions and user rationale
Ability to synthesize feedback and data into thoughtful design iterations
Experience navigating constraints and getting creative to uncover real user needs
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with research and analytics tools
Experience in service design or working on complex workflows

Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
