Job Description
FireSeeds is seeking a proven safety leader to join our Executive Team as Vice President of Safety & Risk Management . This role oversees company-wide safety, quality, and risk programs across our heavy civil operations, shaping strategy and culture to ensure every team member goes home safe each day.
The VP of Safety will :
- Develop and execute enterprise-level strategies for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a field-based safety team ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment.
- Strengthen systems for training, audits, and risk mitigation across all projects.
- Partner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement and lean discipline.
- Serve as a key voice on the Executive Team, influencing company direction and culture.
