We are a nationwide distributor looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator's overriding responsibility will be to develop and continue coordinated marketing strategies to help fulfill our revenue objective. A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or other related field with 1-3 years of experience in a business-to-business setting is required. This is a good opportunity for those wishing to expand into digital and learn about the advertising side of marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Expand on the current coordinated marketing strategy and provide opinions for market strategy and spending.
  • Campaign Management : Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns – including email marketing, digital advertising and direct mail – and evaluate their effectiveness. The Marketing Coordinator will be directly responsible for the design, management and execution of direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Website Management : Update and maintain customer-facing websites with a lead-generation focus. This includes maintaining relationships with the vendor's marketing teams / product teams to ensure we always have the most up-to-date content / know about all upcoming model transitions / new products and effectively show on our sites.
  • Be the "Sales Advocate" - Work with the sales team to gather ideas and represent their voice. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure we effectively reach new and existing customers and have armed our sales team with what they need to succeed.
  • Design : Create graphics for websites, print materials and other marketing-related activities. This includes mailers, product catalogs, product spec pages and guides as needed for new and existing products.

Requirements & Skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience using a CMS platform - WordPress preferred
  • Experience using tracking and analytical platforms – CallRail, Google Analytics or other similar platforms
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, social media advertising or other digital advertising preferred
  • Experience using email marketing platforms – Sugar Market, Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar platform
  • CRM experience, preferred software SugarCRM, with some background using a Marketing Automation Tool such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot (Bonus points for having used SugarMarket)
