Housekeeping Manager Requirements :
- 5+ years housekeeping experience in a resort, luxury / full-service hotel, or private club
- Ability to take initiative, identifying needs and opportunities with minimal oversight
- Excellent guest service and passion for hospitality
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
- Naturally positive demeanor and energetic approach to work
Housekeeping Manager Duties :
Coach and develop a team of housekeeping associates, including hiring, scheduling, and trainingDevelop and implement department SOPs and training initiativesOversee, audit, and inspect the work of housekeeping associatesManage inventory and implement cost-saving controlsInvestigate and rectify all housekeeping concerns reported by members and guestsHousekeeper Manager Compensation and Benefits :
