Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025 , is excited to announce a full-time grant-funded opening for the position of Pre-Release Employment Navigator – P10018 with DOC – South Florida Reception Center (SFRC), Doral, FL . What You’ll Do

As a Pre-Release Employment Navigator , you will report to the lead educator or Assistant Warden and play a key role in delivering services through cell-front and / or congregate settings. The services provided shall include :

• Provides in-person and virtual facilitation of workshops and training relative to employability and life skills.
• Provides administration and interpretation of assessments.
• Maintains and provides documentation of services delivered.
• Facilitates pre-release connections with community providers and employers through face-to-face and technology-based interactions to include pre-release job search, recruitment, and placement activities.
