Overview
Greenland Homes, a division of Absolute Group, is an employee-owned residential home builder in the Des Moines area looking to bring on a full-time Construction Estimator.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain fluid cost lists for various house plans
- Revise plan and option pricing due to changing circumstances or development requirements
- Input cost and product specific information into builders' software system
- Schedule purchasing of some products to ensure availability
- Ensure invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with inside staff on costs, questions, product information being input into builder software
- Maintain current vendor relationships while cultivating positive and productive new ones
- Communicate with outside staff for plan pricing and product modifications
