Litehouse is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Revenue Growth to lead company-wide initiatives aimed at generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. In this high-impact role, you'll align functions across marketing, sales, product development, and customer success to hit ambitious targets and boost demand for our products and services. What You'll Do

Direct and oversee sales and revenue operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and market share.

Develop and execute strategic growth plans, aligning multiple departments to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Establish data-driven frameworks to measure market conditions, forecast demand, and identify operational improvements.

Identify new revenue streams and design innovative pricing and promotional strategies.

Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize revenue generation processes and remove barriers to growth.

Monitor industry trends, study competition, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial targets are met.

Build and lead a high-performing revenue management team, implementing succession planning for key roles.

Drive adoption of Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems to enhance trade efficiency and performance.

What You'll Bring

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Experience : 7-10 years of proven leadership in revenue growth management, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment.

Demonstrated expertise in analytics, pricing strategy, trade optimization, and market research.

History of successfully standing up Revenue Growth Management (RGM) functions and embedding analytics into pricing, promotion, and trade strategies.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering collaboration and driving organizational performance.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.

Preferred certifications : CPA, CFA, Project Management Certification.
