Our team includes double board-certified physicians in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine, and specialty trained physician assistants, registered nurses, vocational nurses, and medical assistants.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Biller located in Dallas, TX. The Medical Biller will be responsible for processing and managing patient billing, preparing and submitting claims, reviewing and appealing unpaid and denied claims, verifying insurance coverage, and handling Medicare billing. The role also includes maintaining accuracy in coding using ICD-10 and ensuring compliance with medical billing protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in handling Insurance and Medicare billing
• Proficiency in Denials management and resolutions
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Certified Medical Biller (CMBS) preferred
• Must be in the DFW area
