Travel Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

Location : Bellaire, MI

Start : 11 / 6 / 2025

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days, 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (36 hours / week, every other weekend)

On Call : None

Requirements :

2+ years experience in LTC, SNF, or Med-Surg settings

BLS certification required

Scope of Role :

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including administering medications and treatments, taking vital signs, assisting physicians, and documenting resident care accurately. Participate in care planning, nursing assessments, and special projects while ensuring compliance with state and facility policies. Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold the rights, safety, and dignity of all residents.
