Job Summary :

Supermicro is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead strategic media relations and elevate the company's visibility across industry, business, and technology press. This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned PR professional with a deep understanding of the media landscape, a strong network of journalist relationships, and proven experience driving thought leadership and brand recognition in a B2B or tech environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to support corporate objectives, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in business and technology media.
• Prepare company executives for interviews, media appearances, and public speaking engagements.
• Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and other external communications materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to identify media opportunities and shape strategic messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform PR strategies and executive positioning.
• Manage external PR agencies and ensure alignment with brand messaging and corporate goals.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution when needed.

Qualifications :

Salary Range

$146,000 - $165,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
