A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Compensation Design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales incentive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and oversee sales incentive compensation plans, including salary structures and incentive programs
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective plan implementation and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
Minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial operations or related fields, with a preference for experience in life sciences
At least 7 years in leadership roles within commercial organizations
Global experience is strongly preferred
Deep understanding of sales compensation principles and proficiency in data analysis tools
