E-SolHealth is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

Radius rule :   will accept locals within 50  miles; 10% reduction to bill rate

NBO :   16 hrs

EMR : EPIC

OT / Holiday :   1.15x multiplier

Call Back :   1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call :  $9 / hr

Charge / Precept : $6 / hr

Billable OT :

36-40 hrs / week, OT billable after 40

48 hrs / week, OT billable after 48

2025 Holidays :

Winter holidays :  Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)

Limit of 1 day request off between  11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Unit Info :

Beds : 42

1 : 2 or 1 : 3 ratio

Vasopressors, sedation & glucose administered on unit

Types of patients :

Premature, respiratory distress / failure, hypoglycemia, etc.
