This comprehensive healthcare system features a connected campus with a 344-bed tertiary care hospital that serves as a Level I Adult Trauma Center, alongside a 165-bed hospital. The organization comprises 20 clinics and 7 hospitals serving a regional population of 460,000, providing both urban and rural healthcare solutions.

Opportunity : Endocrinologist

Join a collaborative endocrinology team that includes adult and pediatric specialists supported by NP / PAs and dedicated staff. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with primarily outpatient care and no evening, weekend, or holiday call requirements.

Job Details :

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) position in a patient-centered practice
• Work with 2 Adult Endocrinologists, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, and multiple NP / PAs
• Primarily outpatient practice Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.
• Patient volume of 10-15 per day
• Inpatient coverage available at the connected hospital campus
• Call is limited to office business hours only and triaged through RN team
• NP / PA team covers all hospital glucose management
• Opportunity to work with latest diabetes technology including pumps, sensors, and meters
• Some outreach opportunities possible
• Requirements : BC / BE in Endocrinology, or BC / BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with strong interest in Diabetes care

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
