Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage end-to-end market research projects, including discovery, data collection, analysis, and report delivery
Conduct comprehensive secondary research and analyze academic program trends, labor market indicators, and tuition rates
Develop and implement primary research methods to gather Voice of the Customer insights and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative or social science field
7+ years of experience in market research, particularly in higher education
Demonstrated expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and survey platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
