Overview

Mid-Level eDiscovery Attorney (2–5 years of experience) at Winston & Strawn LLP. The role supports litigation teams and clients across all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, advising on workflows, search terms, and productions; leveraging tools like Relativity, Brainspace, and AI-assisted review; and hands-on document review and QC. Responsibilities

Advise on eDiscovery workflows, search terms, and productions.
Leverage tools such as Relativity, Brainspace, and AI-assisted review.
Perform hands-on document review and quality control.

Contribute to strategy, training, and firmwide innovation in eDiscovery.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in eDiscovery or a related field.

Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location.

Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
